Construction on a so-called greenfield site, built with all utility network connections, including re-laying of existing networks and including field and orchard work. The object of a brick apartment building with fourteen 3+KK and 2+KK apartments is located in a quieter part of the city. High-quality designed and executed apartments on the upper floors with balconies and on the ground floor with gardens, the main rooms face the city. The architectural, material, color design as well as the divided counter roof of the house divides the apartment building into smaller parts. There is a separate parking lot adjacent to the main road.
