Project Details

A residential area with three three-story houses was built between the existing streets. Two three-story houses have flat roofs equipped with PVC waterproofing with system elements, and one three-story house has gable roofs. The houses are unglazed and connect to a service road built separately only for this residential area. It is a brick structure made of ceramic masonry with insulation. The ceilings and stairs are prefabricated. All the necessary utility networks were built for the houses. In the gardens, there are retention tanks adapted to catch water and to water the gardens. The houses are also equipped with photovoltaics. Each house has its own garden and there are plenty of parking spaces in the area.
